Revenue tracking
ReklamaPlanbot remembers how much each advertiser paid and turns it into a report: income per month, average deal, top clients and a chart by month. Currencies are never added together, and the overall total is shown in dollars at the current rate.
How it works
There is no separate bookkeeping screen to fill in. The amount is entered where the placement already lives: inside the task you created for that advertiser.
The same task that publishes the ad. No parallel spreadsheet to keep in sync.
Pick the currency of this deal and send the amount as a number.
The bot publishes, pins, deletes and reports as usual. Nothing changes in your routine.
Open "My earnings" and see the month, the average deal and who pays you most.
If one client paid in rubles and another in euros, the report shows both amounts side by side, not a single made-up number. Exchange rates move; a total that mixes them would be a guess presented as a fact. The dollar equivalent is shown separately, with the date of the rate next to it, so you can see where it came from.
The one number most channel owners never calculate. If your average deal has not moved in six months while your audience has grown, the price list is out of date. The bot hides the average when there is only one deal in the month: there it equals the total and means nothing.
Three clients are ranked by what they really paid, converted for comparison, so a client paying in dollars is not pushed below a client paying in a currency with bigger numbers. Usually two or three names bring most of the money, and those are the relationships worth protecting.
Placements that ran this month but have no amount recorded are listed by number right under the report, as buttons. Tap one and you land straight in the amount field for that task. Without it the report would quietly understate your income, and you would have no way to notice.
Income by month is drawn as an image, not as a table: it survives forwarding, opens on any phone and reads at a glance. Handy when you sell a share in the channel, look for a partner, or simply want to see the trend rather than a column of numbers.
You pick it with a button for each deal. There is no saved default on purpose: a substituted currency would silently record a euro deal as rubles, and you would only notice in the report a month later.
The amount is still recorded and counted in your income. Such deals simply do not appear in the "who pays more" list, because there is no one to name there.
No. The report is visible only to you, the channel owner. Advertisers see their own placements and never the amounts of other clients.
Yes, on every plan including Free. Recording an amount does not consume limits.
